1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OtterClawd.ai (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OtterClawd provides an AI-powered personal chief of staff accessible via Telegram, WhatsApp, and web. The Service helps manage your email, calendar, reminders, travel, and communications using artificial intelligence.

3. Account & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • One account per person — sharing accounts is not permitted
  • You must provide accurate information when signing up

4. Billing & Payments

OtterClawd offers a paid trial and subscription plans:

  • Trial — $10 one-time payment for 7 days of access with $10 in AI credits
  • Monthly — $50/month, includes $10/month in AI credits
  • Annual — $540/year (save 10%), includes $10/month in AI credits
  • Credit Top-ups — Additional AI credits can be purchased at $10 minimum

Monthly included credits do not roll over. Prepaid top-up credits roll over indefinitely. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are in USD.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Trial payments are non-refundable. Subscription refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support.

6. AI Assistant Limitations

Your AI assistant is powered by large language models and may occasionally:

  • Provide inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Misunderstand instructions
  • Fail to complete tasks due to third-party service limitations

You are responsible for reviewing and approving all external actions (emails sent, messages sent, bookings made) before they are executed. OtterClawd is not liable for actions taken by the AI on your behalf that you have approved.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages through the Service
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the AI credits system
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the AI models or system prompts
  • Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Services

OtterClawd integrates with third-party services (Google, Telegram, WhatsApp, Stripe). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

OtterClawd is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
